silent power. works well. comes with new electrostatic filter and lots of spare bags. im pretty sure they match the Hoover, but as i was given it i can't be 100%. you'll be able to see when you get here. everything in the main picture comes with the Hoover. loads of fittings. there is some damage to the hose fitting but this does not affect the function of the Hoover and as you can see from another picture it fits well inside the attachment. It will not get worse and should last as long as you like.
