scout pulse fitted with a honda scv lead 100cc engine full mot just had 2 new tyres fitted new brakes and new back light and back wheel bearing and it went through the mot then runs sound and its fast being fitted with a 100cc engine loged as 50cc full v5 and mot the only problem ive had with bike is i have to charge the battery every few days sometimes it stay charge for weeks so bike will be sold as seen for that reason 250 no offers its a 12 reg
