In fully working order batteries are x2 50 amps hold charge like new , it's only done 114miles from when brought 3 years ago it's been serviced by my self , all lights indicators hazards horn all working has digital dash , time, temp, etc. Its a 4/8mph slow and fast speed , heavy duty scooter comes with key and charger. Ps no arms but cheap to buy, and the front stabilizer wheels tires are bald as they dont move only go up and down it happens to them all, the other 3 main tires are great.test welcome can deliver at extra cost
