Works well and i think it has 3 heat settings, it also has a rotate button to heat up the room. Not sure of the wattage but it heats you up pretty good. It's pretty new. It doesn't rotate 360, i think it does 180 and goes back again, a bit like a fan. Will consider lower offer.
