Good used condition there is a few pulls on the back rest as see in pic
it does have a leg rest but it keeps falling off think may have crack in the holder it might be a easy fix for someone but putting it on lower priced due to that but It can still be used as normal chair the reclining bar slides underneath
goes up and down and back reclines too
includes the head and back cushion armrests can move too
really good chair on wheels
