About Company: We are looking for Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. We provide great ongoing career opportunities and offer a flexible working environment. This role is expected to be required for between 4-5 days and can be discussed with suitable candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
* Records management; file & document management, mail system coordination
* Financial administration; collation of information for budgets and reports
* Maintain assets register, assist with annual stocktakes, etc.
* Arrange meetings, conferences and other functions
* Provide administrative and program support
* Other administrative duties as required
SKILLS THAT ARE REQUIRED:
* Experience of 1 year in data entry role
* Must be extremely computer & internet savvy
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Attention to detail - This skill is paramount to the job
* Demonstrated and collaborative team-oriented approach
* Proven ability to work under pressure and manage priorities and deadlines
* Strong organisational skills and a pro-active approach are essential for this role
