In working order
Comes with two batteries, charger and a new unused tape.

NOTE: It has not been used for some considerable time. The batteries took a while to charge and at the moment do not have a very long usage time.
The charger is working but the power adapter is missing. It takes a 12v phone type charger/adapter.
