A dynamic Qualified Registered Manager is required to join our client's successful and growing healthcare recruitment agency with an ambitious growth plan.
You will receive a salary of £30,000 per annum plus pension and mobile phone.
As a Qualified Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and growing the team.
Taking the lead in sales and business development.
Delivering a great service and recruitment strategy.
We are looking for a Qualified Registered Manager who has the following skills and experiences:
A CQC NVG Level 5 or equivalent.
Experience working with adults with challenging behaviours/mental health conditions/learning disabilities.
Experience of customer relationship management with service users, family members and MDTs.
A passion for delivering the best experience for all service users.
A full, clean UK driving licence.
