KXF 250 2012 - 110.5 hours on the clock

Great example of a bike, extremely well maintained, no expense spared. Runs and rides extremely well. Below is a list of what i can think i've done to the bike in the last 12 months.

I've had this bike for 12 months and got myself back into motocross with it, only looking to sell as i want something newer.

Oil and filter (10w-40) race spec oil done every 4 hours. Last done 2 hours ago.
New clean air filter (every time)
New suspension linkage bearings 15 hours ago
Forks fully rebuilt (k tec) 15 hours ago
Rear shocker reworked (k tec)
New tyres
Heavy duty tubes
New wheel bearings (F&R)
New timing chain (20hours ago)
New timing chain tensioner
New sprockets (3
New chain 2 hours ago
New full gasket kit
Piston and rings 35 odd hours ago
Only ever run it on super unleaded
