About the opportunity... We are recruiting for an IT Business Solutions Lead International to manage, facilitate and coordinate technical aspects of solution delivery.

A new role to support our retail team in Poland and Spain, working cross-functionally to identify opportunities, own problems, and provide solutions to ensure our IT systems are operating efficiently and effectively.

Reporting to the Business Solutions Manager International. The IT Business Solutions Lead International will be based at our Customer Support Centre in Walsall but will include travelling overseas to support our offices and stores in Poland and Spain.

The IT Business Solution Lead International will also be responsible for managing the team when the Business Solutions Manager International is away from the business.
