This is a perfect example of a ep3 that's been well looked after and well maintained, which in this day and age finding one in this condition is rare. This Type R has low mileage at only 58,000 miles it doesn't get much use due to me having another car and a van, It has 2 keys and fobs and it's not long had pads on the back and a new OEM clutch About 1000 miles ago, it has no dents or marks on any of the panels.
It still runs like it should with VTEC pulling in every gear, no problems in 2nd and no crunches when going through gears
