Health & Safety Officer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Health and Safety Officer to join our established Client who are a leading manufacturer of metal assemblies and fabrications, working at their factory in the Dudley area.

My client is looking for a Health & Safety professional to take on this role who has "hands-on" experience of working in a Manufacturing / Metal Fabrication environment.

As part of the role you will be required to carry out the following:-

* Writing New Risk Assessments and Review existing ones;

* Coshh Assessments;

* Safety Data sheets;

* Monthly safety inspections;

* Emergency Lighting Checks;

* Fire Alarm weekly;

* Fire Drill;

* Manual Handling;

* Racking Inspections;

* Loler Certs;

* Lev Testing;

* Asbestos checks;

* Maintenance Folder;

* Training Matrix / Training;

* HR back up if required.
