We are currently recruiting for a new member to fit our client's team as a General Operative in the saw blade industry.
The successful candidate will be willing to work and progress in different factory areas, so attitude, adaptability and a keen team ethic are key areas of importance. The client's team is fairly small, so colleagues are expected to be happy covering for one another when required.
Duties will include using hand tools (e.g. linishers) to finish the products according to specification, to excellent standards of quality; operating production machinery, including robotic welding machines; re-tipping saw blades; chemi-cleaning; packing; storing; and making deliveries using the company vehicle.
