Full log book

Approx 70,000 on clock.

Loads of tread on tyres. Spare wheel.
New heated windscreen just before Christmas.
Brake pipes done 2018.
New clutch approx 500 miles ago.

Few scratches on body work tried to show in pictures. Worst being over driver side rear wheel arch. 
Bit of rust around rear wheel arch. 
Will definitely need wheel alignment.
I do have to top up oil every couple of months as well.
