A set of 6 Shanghai marked silver colour spoons. The spoons have Chinese serpent stems with ' SHANGHAI ' 900 and 'lucky & amp; long life' in Chinese script on the base of the spoons; a floral design to the centre, see image. To the rear of the handle is again marked with '900'.

Overall the condition is very good for the spoons. For completeness, you will note the spoon has not been polished for a long time hence the ageing marks.

I am no expert as a brought these from a car boot. I think the origin is China - late 19th/early 20th Century c1900. 900 marked on each Finial and base of the spoon.
