DSCS are seeking Support and Care Workers to cover Walsall, Dudley, Wolverhampton and Telford. The hours are flexible and include mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Depending on your skills and knowledge the tasks will require personal care and/or one-to-one floating support in the home as well as community social support and company.

Experience in the following preferred but not essential as support is dependent on client requirements:
- Experience of working with people who have a sensory loss,
- Experience/knowledge of working with people who may have Mental Health, Deaf issues and additional disabilities
- Understand how to follow a support plan.
- Have a flexible attitude to meet client needs.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Have an ability to work flexibly as part of a team as well as able to work alone and use own initiative

Due to the nature of these post you will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check.
