We are seeking a hands on CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR to join a successful, privately owned construction business based in BILSTON who specialise in commercial and industrial build & refurb projects. Working both within the West Midlands, but also further afield, a salary in the region of £30,000 to £35,000, plus allowances, is being offered depending on skills & experience.
As a hands on CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR you will be responsible for:
* Managing teams of employed & subcontracted construction trades.
* Working on projects right through to customer handover.
* Site wide health & safety.
* Delivering projects to specification, within budget & to timescale.
* Ensuring materials & consumables are available on site.
* Ensuring sufficient trades, equipment & resources are available on site.
* Maintaining the accuracy of work in line with plans.
