Our client is looking experienced Business Manager to lead and oversee the work of employees in the Gas and Electric Team. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as aligning to the Service Delivery strategic goals for the future.
The goal will be to ensure the meets the operational and financial performance targets to drive sustainable development and long-term success.
Responsibilities
·Represent Gas and Electrical at SLT
·Develop goals and objectives that promote growth and capacity
·Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
·Ensure that the team has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g., people, material, equipment etc.)
·Organise and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
