.2006 Abi Westwood, eight berth static caravan, sited in Clarach, Aberystwyth, WALES. The caravan currently sleeps five but has three bedrooms (and the potential to sleep eight). One double master bedroom, with a king size bed, double wardrobe and built in dresser table. Two twin bedrooms with fitted single wardrobes, one bedroom currently has one single bed in and the other is complete with two single beds.
The caravan has a large bathroom with toilet, sink, heated towel rail/radiator, shower and bathtub.
The kitchen is fitted with wall mounted oven and separate grill. Counter top five ring hob. Built in fitted fridge and separate freezer. Also complete with under counter washing machine.
Large living room complete with wall mount display unit and cupboards, new electric fire and brand new two and three piece suite.
The caravan is fitted with double glazing and gas central heating. It has also recently been fitted with new flooring, new lino and new carpet throughout.
The caravan hosts a very large decking area which surrounds the side and front of the caravan. The front part of the decking is fitted with astroturf and complete with a sea view. The decking also has a handy storage shed which will be included. The caravan now has a gravelled driveway large enough to fit three cars and the front area of the caravan has a lovely gravelled garden.
The caravan is situated a three to five minute walk from all amenities including a lovely coastal pebble beach, the laundrette, the club, kids entertainment arcade, reception, bar, bowling alley and large swimming pool. Across the bridge, you will have access to an indoor and outdoor amusements area including crazy golf, go karts, inflatables and arcade. A burger and ice-cream bar is also available, along with a pizzeria restaurant and fish and chip shop.
Site Fees have been paid for the caravan up until November 2019. The caravan site closes for six weeks only (January to March) so the caravan can be used for 10.5 months of the year.
