week 1 - no fixed wage but commission on every sale and plus bonus on weekly target reached

week 2 - start recieving £80 fixed wage and normal £10-£20 on each sale and bonus add ons

week 3 - recieve £100 fixed wage and bonus and commission

week 4 - recieve £120 pluss commission and bonus add ons

week 5 - your trial period has finished you now are permanent and recieve £150 fixed weekly wage and £10-£20 on each sale you make and bones add ons
