Hi Im looking to rent a one bedroom flat in dudley or close to merryhill I work my contract is part time but I work over time I have no guarantor but I will pay 6 months rent upfront so you dont have to worry about non payment Im looking to move in in feb 2018 for 6 months to long term I would like a clean flat unfurnished as I have my own things.
