Rover 45 X Reg (year 2000) for sale. This is a 1400 petrol. The engine does run, blows a bit of smoke when first starting up, the problem is the emissions. It was put on a Sorn in 2014 as I had another car and decided not to get this one fixed. Selling whole car as seen for spares.
