We pride ourselves on being a TRUE gym, a SAFE heaven for getting RESULTS you desire. If you can't get them here you won't get them anywhere! 

Primal Performance ISN'T your typical gym! (As you can see from the pictures) we have alot of equipment you won't see in other gyms! 

Don't be intimidated we won't leave you lost on what to do. Professional coaches are always on hand to provide any help needed and unlike other gyms we won't be asking you to get you wallet out!

Primal Performance is beginner friendly, we don't leave people lost in this gym. As mentioned we have professional coaches on hand to provide any help needed and also provide a FREE GYM PROGRAMME!
