I have a one bedroom flat, which is the upstairs of a house. An elderly lady lives below me.
* Living room - 12ft x 13ft
* Bedroom - 12ft by 12.5ft
* Bathroom with bath, sink and toilet
* 2 storage rooms - 1 has a rail in, so we used it as a walk in wardrobe
* Spacious kitchen
* More storage space downstairs
* Large back garden who I share with the lady downstairs, but she rarely uses it.
* Front garden also - Council cut the grass to both gardens
