There are 7 sun loungers provided for guests with other comfortable seating close by. no pets and no smoking allowed at our villa.

The private tennis court located by the pool area is perfect for a fun game of tennis or other ball games.

The spacious covered terrace in front of the dining room offers the perfect space for alfresco dining with a large table seating 10 guests and a smaller one seating a further 4. There is a purpose built BBQ by the pool area, which is ideal for outdoor cooking.

The gardens are flat and provide the perfect place for the children to play safely.

- Only the ground floor of Villa Joanna is suitable for elderly guests and wheelchair users.

- There is secure private off-street parking for 2 to 3 cars and plenty of street parking around the villa.

- There is A/C in all the south facing bedrooms as well as the living room and dining room. The garden suite is also air conditioned.

- There is a full size tennis court for private use although the surface is only suitable for casual play.
