Used 3 seat sofa, with a fabric floral "Roses and Leaf" pattern. Large armrests and featuring wooden decoration along the seat area and running up the sides of the backrest.

Sofa has label to comply with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1993 attached.

Generally in good condition, however, there are slight scuff marks to the wooden area on both sides of the backrest (a result of moving house).

The Sofa cushions are clean with very little ware & Tare.
